Management Studies Students Achieve Outstanding Success in Inter-Departmental Swimming Competition-2026
Barishal University, 2 September 2026: The Inter-Departmental Swimming Competition-2026 was held on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Bangladesh Marine Academy, Barishal, with the participation of students from different departments of the University of Barishal. The competition was organized by the Office of Physical Education, University of Barishal.The competition featured four swimming events—Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly—with a total of 44 students participating.The Department of Management Studies demonstrated an exceptional performance in the competition, securing the highest number of awards among the participating departments. Dr. Gazi Md. Shakhawat Hossain’s SCIE-Indexed Research Achievement
The Department of Management Studies, University of Barishal proudly announces a Research Achievement Event. Our faculty has published a new SCIE-indexed article titled “Strategic CSR Practices and Sustainability in Bangladesh’s Manufacturing SMEs: A Multimethod Analytical Approach.” It is published in Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society (Wiley, January 1, 2026). Dr. Md. The conference was held from 2 to 4 September 2025 and hosted by Sunway University, Malaysia, in collaboration with Emerald Publishing, bringing together renowned scholars and researchers from around the world.
