Saima Afrin Liza is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at University of Barishal, Bangladesh. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the Department of Management, University of Dhaka. Her academic, teaching and research expertise spans management, human resource management, leadership, and organizational development.
