Md Mahbub E Noor is a Bangladeshi by born. He joined as a lecturer in the University of Barisha in Bangladesh in 28th December, 2014. Previously he worked as a lecturer in the Peoples' University of Bangladesh from 23rd September to 24th December, 2014. He took his MSc degree from South Asian University, New Delhi, India in June 2014 and BSc degree from Noakhali Science and Technology University, Noakhali, Bangladesh in March 2012. During his student life he earned a number of scholarships from the school life to ongoing PhD degree among which Bangladesh government scholarships in class 8,10 and 12 on the basis of results in the public examinations, 4 times merit scholarships in BSc, Bangabandhu Fellowship from the ICT ministry of the government of Bangladesh, Silver Jubilee scholarship from the government of India and SAU scholarship from the South Asian University in India, Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP) in Academia Sinica and NTHU in Taiwan are remarkable.
